Dear Mom Personalized Heart Clock Customer Reviews

Maybe the description said and I didn’t read it completely but I was under the impression this was made of glass or crystal but when I received it, it was made of a plastic like material which to me makes the product seem cheap. The clock on it was much smaller than I expected as well. I have ordered a lot of things from PMall and have to say this has been my first disappointment.

It was nice. The writing could have been bigger.

There's nothing special about this product. It is smaller than I expected, and the writing is barely legible since it is so small. However, I'm sure the size is given in the description, so it is partly my fault for not realizing the dimensions before purchase. Also, the clock seems cheap. You have to remove it in order to pull off the tab to start it; however, once it goes back into the heart, it is not secure and feels like if I tip the heart over in any way, the clock portion will slide out.

Although it is nice, it is fairly small.

I was very excited to get this for my mom, especially for it being my last Christmas before I go to College, and I was very disappointed. The box that it came in was damaged and even though the gift was wrapped in bubble wrap, the product had multiple scratches.

My 7 yr old little girl wrote her own personalized message for her mom on Mother's Day. Her mom like loved it. This is a great gift. The engravings are really nice. The product shipped on time. The only issue I had was that the clock did not work. I'm hoping they will send a new one to me. I will write another review letting you know if they did

This item was ordered on December 9. I still have not received my package as of December 21. From what I see it was shipped to the usps and has been there for 6 days. My suggestion would be to use FedEx or Ups for the entire shipping process. Hopefully package arrives before Christmas, if not I will be in touch to receive a refund! Merry Christmas

The over all review is good but if u look at it closely there is alot of scraches from either side like this is annoying and its for my mom plus the clock does get 100% stable in that hole thanks

Smaller than i imagined but the engraving was great

Very happy with order just wish that it was bigger. Didn't read the reviews before I purchased it because i am always satisfied with my purchases from this site. Still a great gift, my mom loved it.

My only complaint is the size of the writing. I wish there were bigger sizes that were offered.

This item was a lot smaller than it looked which makes it harder to read the inscription that is in it.

Over all I like the product. I was very disappointed by the actual size of it. And the inscription on it. You can barely read it. It looks a lot bigger on the web site.other than that it's ok
