Family Sentiments Personalized Picture Frame Customer Reviews

The personalization of this frame was great and it arrived quickly but I was very disappointed in the color of the frame. It is not a tan or taupe, it is a purple shade of color, not at all the same as pictured

I have ordered alot of things over the years from Personalization mall and always been very happy with everything until now, this frame seemed sub standard for what i paid. My son felt the same way and that is who I sent it to. This looked like a low end product. Would not recommend this frame.

This was the first time I was evcr disappointed in my purchase. I have shopped many times and was always happy before. On the top line on the frame I chose to use the family sentiment but it is so small it is hard to make out. I wish I had chosen to use their names instead. They would have stood out more. I do like the way the family name is written.
