Anniversary Memento Etched Crystal Vase Customer Reviews

The vace itself is great quality and a very nice size. The product is great, but the etching was crooked. Slants down to the right. Not happy, but will have to live with it I guess.

Wonderful vase. I believe you need to offer a shorter vase, maybe 8".

I was a bit disappointed in that there was no “&” between the first name and second name (Maria & Danny). I assumed it would be placed there Automatically

This vase is lovely and quite heavy. The only reason for a 4 star review is because the original vase received did not get engraved completely in the processing. I called Customer Service, provided a picture of the defective vase, and received notification the same day that it was being replaced. The replacement arrived in 2 days and was perfect. Kudos to their Customer Service department.

I was very disappointed that the etching does not show up very good. To see the etching the vase has to be tilted and the light just right to see it, the etching would show up a lot better if it was darker. As for the vase it is very nice.

Item was perfect when I received it. The package was first rate. It should go over very well with the anniversary couple. Thanks.

Vase is very nice, shipment was timely. Paid extra for the gift box only to find it to be a huge ad for the company. I found it to be very tacky and probably will not use the box.
