This cooler was very nice except for the inside which was rough and there were no instructions about keeping it in the freezer. I understand the inside needs to be rough, but mine was irregular and didn't look as though it was done well. I am giving this for a gift so was not 100% happy. I did call and the girl checked others which all had roughened insides. That is fine, but it should have been even.
