Anniversary Wishes Engraved Ornament Customer Reviews

I love this ornament that I purchased as a gift. There is a scratch on the back that is visible however. Looks like they slipped when engraving. Not good.

I was so excited about giving this as a wedding gift and their first Christmas together. However the writing is so light you can barely read it unless you hold it against something dark. It is not written as bold and bright as shown in the picture online. Plus when I got it it shows it was made in China. I really thought this company personalized their items in the U.S. Very disappointed overall.

1st Ornament came and was barely legible and was also scratched. PM immediately redid it, this time on the premium glass. Etching was only slightly better, but now the ornament is quite heavy for Christmas Tree branches. Also, even though they offer up to 5 lines of verse, the writing is too small to appreciate; that is possibly why the etching isn't very legible. I've ordered from PM several times and have always been pleased; I think this item should be limited to only 2 or 3 lines; perhaps the etching will be more prominent. As is, my ornament barely resembles what is shown on the PM website.

Ornament was pretty, but the engraving was very hard to read. I gave this as a gift for a couple's 60th wedding anniversary and I'm sure they could not read it because I could barely make it out. It was not nearly as visible as it was in the preview picture on the computer.

The engraving looks blurry and even after contacting them, they said a replacement would look the same!

Engraving smaller than I thought it would be, have to hold it up to light to clearly read it.
