Disappointed in the photo. Frame was great.

I wish I would deep dived more into the reviews before purchasing and thought about how the print would appear on a glass surface. Although it is pretty up close, when you have it displayed the print is virtually impossible to read and looks invisible. Tried putting a dark piece of paper right behind it but the print reflects off of it and looks distorted. My walls are not dark enough to make the print visible as in stock photo. If I had to do over, I would look for something with a wood surface rather than see-through.

I’ve ordered this previously for friends and family. My only complaint is the engraving is tooooo light. Not dark enough!

This is the fourth time I ordered this frame. Its very nice but there always seems to be an issue with the gold rim around the picture. Its always scratched or has small dents on it. Needs some looking into to make it right

Overall I like this, but the one thing I’m not that happy wit is that you really can’t see the engraving that much. You really have to look up close or put something dark behind it. That’s the reason for the 3 stars instead of 5.

This item would have been perfect except the words were hard to read because of the etching. I was disappointed in it as it was a gift for my daughter in law when she lost her dad.

We ordered this in memory of my father in law. I got a picture added to it and shouldn't have. The picture was damaged on the way here with moisture between the picture and glass. The frame is beautiful.

The product is beautiful! I got it for my father in law when my husbands mom passed however, because the writing is white and the class is clear it is almost impossible to read that beautiful poem they provided. You will need to put a dark paper background on it. But the photo and the poem is beautiful. My father in law loves it!

The overall quality of the product is very nice. However the etching was done very poorly. It was very difficult to read most of the inscription. This was being presented at a memorial so I did not have time to have it redone and it had to be presented as is. So in all fairness I did not give them the chance to rectify the problem.

the product is attractive and good quality; however, the white wording is a challenge to read. Perhaps if I back it with black paper, it might be easier to read.

I absolutely loved everything about this except you cant read it! you have to have it in just the right light. I was sad.

While the overall appearance of the frame is nice, I could barely see/read the print. Unfortunately, I bought this for my grandfather and he will never be able to see such small print.

The picture frame itself is beautiful, my mom's name came out nice, but it's very hard to read the poem on clear glass. It needs to have a color back ground
in order to read the poem.
Still means a lot to me.

The glass frame is beautiful. The etching is beautiful as well as so memorable. My only disappointment when receiving the frame is the gold that surrounds the photo. It looks cheap and poorly put together which really stands out with such a lovely, etched frame. I would rather pay $5 more & have a quality frame.

The frame is beautiful but you can hardly see the writing. The poem is so small and it does not even show up in bright light or if is near light walls in the background. No matter where I try this in our home you can not see the small print. I purchased four of these for family members and I can not give this frame to them.

I was very pleased with the memorial picture frame and especially the fact that I was able to create my own verse on it. My only disappointment is that the writing on it is very light and it is very difficult to read.

While this is a beautiful picture frame and the idea is great, the etching of the verse on it does not show up to be read easily unless you put something dark behind it. A little disappointed but still very nice gift.

I was a little suprised that the engraving was rough. I have had other engraved glass producxts and they were smooth, clear and easy to read. It's hard to tell buying on the net what you will get.
