Season's Sparkle Embroidered Stockings Customer Reviews

I had ordered a set of 3 a couple years ago and needed to add another matching one. It came very off in color from the last batch even though it had the same model number. The material is thinner also and none of the names on any of the 4 I have are centered.

This came up in my search for velvet stockings. In the picture is beautiful. Sadly it does not live up at all to my expectations and I am very disappointed. I spent over $100 on stockings that will be replaced. Not very sparkly and not velvet ??

I purchased 7 of the same item in 2018, and bought an additional one in 2020 for my new granddaughter. They are not even close to the same quality, and the fabric and jewels are totally different, even though the item number is the same. The photo shown on the site is the one from 2018, and the one sent this year is made of a shiny silvery fabric that feels flimsy and cheap. The jewels are also different and the colors are totally different as well (2018 version is a pewter shade of silver and the 2020 is a shiny silver). I loved the original ones I ordered, but the new one is cheap and tacky looking. I absolutely do not recommend the new one, and buyer beware that the photo shown on the site is not what you will receive. I have attached a photo showing the stockings side by side, with the 2020 version on the right.

Looks better in the pictures than in person. I do not like these at all. I wasted money buying for my entire family. I also purchased when these were regular price for my family of 7. They are monogrammed so I can’t return.

You cannot see the white embroidery name on this unless you are right up on top of it! Disappointing. The preview did not look like the actual product

So frustrated! Personalization Mall sent me the wrong color stockings. When I called them, they said they don't offer refund labels, and I will have to pay to ship them back...even though the mistake was on them. Poor customer service!
