I have ordered these a few times over the years for my clients. I am a realtor. The quality has declined a lot. The glass is much thinner, the etching is much harder to read and the hanging ribbon is not attached and the ribbon provided is not nearly as nice. Was very disappointed at the quality difference from this year to previous years.

This item is cute but be careful when ordering and look super close at preview as the lettering font can't be changed and in some cases the font does not look good as the letters are too close together. For example on one of the items I ordered ( I bought about 20 items, most are good and look fine but one does not) the F is super close to the i and it looks like a P in person. When I called I was basically told "it is what it is" as they can't change the font and since it looks like the preview there is nothing they can do. Also don't be duped into getting the gift box like I did. It's not needed. Shame on me for not reading that it comes with a free gift bag ( a very nice velvet bag!) so the gift box is unnecessary and a bit pricey for something not needed. (IMO)

I purchased this for my daughter so I haven't seen it yet but she said it should be a little thicker.

The item was ok, but for the price, I was disappointed. Actually, it looked kinda cheap and the "Made in China" sticker made it worse. Of course, I took the sticker off before I gave it as a gift.

The glass is much smaller and thinner than it looks and the words were not centered on the house but my sister loved it so it was fine

Product is nice but didnt think it'll be this small as compared to the picture of it on website. Rest looks nice!!

While this ornament is of good quality, it is a little too simple. I believe it needs another line to add a sentiment. The self-hanger makes it easy to display year round.

I missed the t in street, and that is how you printed it. I wish you would have questioned it. Otherwise it looks good. I will still continue to order from you. Have a Merry Christmas

This ornament was very cute. However, it does not allow space for the numerical address along with the street name. You must have a very short address or it won't be added. For example the address I wanted was 1234 Camden Forest and it wouldn't take it. So I ended up with just Desert Forest.
