The ornament arrived with a faint line across the entire ornament. Too close to Christmas to return and replace. The picture was very dark as well.

Ordered two as gifts. Shipment was delivered on time, well packaged, and with correct photos and names. The loop holes on both were cut into the ornament off center, making it crooked when you hang them on the tree. Colors in photos are darker and not as crisp as expected. But it's a cute idea for an ornament.

The area for the photo is very small so it doesn’t allow enough space for a decent sized headshot of the pet!

Ornament was ok, not as good as in the past. The 2020 was small and blurry, it may be the color.

Overall this is a cute ornament, but I was disappointed that the photo was so small. It is a good quality porcelain and the personalization on the back is well done.

The ornament wasn't awful, but the picture was rather small and kinda blurry. Overall 3 stars. Not spectacular.

The ornament is cute, however, our dog is black and the outside color is black so it is hard to see her in the pic. When I was reviewing my order, it looked fine. But when I received it, it was a lot darker. Next time, I won't use black.

Very cute ornament! However, I was upset by the colors that I chose. They looked so nice together online, but when I received it in the mail, it didn't look the same. The brown looked almost like a maroon color, which doesn't really go with purple. The picture was also not the best quality as shown in the picture before I purchased.

The colors were not actually what I wanted. Black was faded like a light gray. also the photo was kinda blurry and not dark. Can hardly tell what it was of.

These are true to what they look like online, but I did not like them as much in person as I thought I would online. I wish the spot for the photo of the animal was larger with more emphasis on the pet. Overall I liked it, but would not order more.
