The letters that were painted into the engraving were smeared. I have ordered from your company before and the quality was much better on previous orders.

Much smaller than I thought.

I have always been so pleased with everything I ordered but this time the names were placed too high on the hats. Looks like someone didnt take care in the placement of the names

I have ordered quite a few ornaments from you in the past few years This ornament just doesn't seem to be the same quality as the family ones I have ordered in the past
It is definitely smaller and the writing is very tiny

I am sure if this is the quality from now on this will be my last order from you
