I was very excited about this order. It was going to be a valentines gift but because the product came in damaged I’m hesitant to gifted. The puzzle came in a large box but it was mailed in a much smaller box witch made it bend in the center. I’m very disappointed. I order sooo much from this website never had a problem but this time it was as if they didn’t care to see that the item didn’t fit in their mail box and still squeezed it in!!!!! IM GOING TO LOOK IN TO A REFUND

There were missing pieces so the puzzle could not be completed and extra pieces that didn't fit in the puzzle. I e-mailed back to let them know and they never contacted me back to send another puzzle.

I bought the first puzzle and the background was dead on but sadly my boyfriend and I looked wayyy to dark. I called and the company was amazing by sending me a new one. But then again with this puzzle; I was also disappointed. My boyfriend and I looked great but now the background is too white and even the clouds are white. The picture i sent in wasn’t dark. It was wonderful of the company to send me a new puzzle. But I do not think I’ll buy from here again.

I purchased this as a gift, it came in a plastic bag. I thought it would have a picture so the person i wanted to give this to would know it's a puzzle and what it looks like. Not worth $26 for a bunch of puzzle pieces in a bag

This was tiny. And should have come in box with picture or at least a picture of what the puzzle is of. Otherwise your giving a gift that is a tiny black bag with no idea of what the puzzle is made of. I need up not giving this gift. Not worth the money.

The picture quality on this product is very nice, however, I had to give a 1 star rating because it had two major deficiencies. First, one of the pieces was bent and the picture was separating from the cardboard. And second, there was one piece missing. Unfortunately, a puzzle with a missing piece is quite a problem.

I did contact the company and they are sending out a replacement puzzle. I'm hoping this one will have no problems.

The puzzle is a small piece puzzle which we thought would be slightly larger and there were a few pieces that were damaged and could not be used :(
