Product is good but there is no frame included which can be deceiving when purchasing it

The puzzle was extremely dark you could barely distinguishable the green from brown from black even though the picture I submitted was not dark at all ! It was hard putting the puzzle together when all the pieces were practically black. I recommend brighten your image a lot

The puzzle was much smaller than was anticipated. Also, the colors of the photo were not properly translated to the puzzle. Everything came out much darker than the photo itself. We would not purchase this product again.

I like almost everything, it was a picture of me and my bf and the only thing that I don’t like is that our faces look dark and that makes the puzzle look ugly. It was a valentines gift so I’m not happy with it.

I the customer am not to thrilled on my order. Not only did I not get every detail I ordered, yet the picture on the puzzle is blurry. Also for the price you would expect it to be nicer than what it is.

The company sent me the wrong puzzle. I was forced to do the puzzle in order to get the correct one mailed.
The service was inconvieient, but the product was excellent when I recieved the correct one.

This puzzle arrived with no picture of the completed photo to go by when putting it together. I had to print out a picture from the sale page. This seemed a little chintzy considering the price to get the puzzle made.

This is the first item I have purchased from Personalization Mall that I have been unhappy with. The pieces are tiny, the puzzle once completed is about a 5 x 7 size and it is not a real clear photo. You have to look at it from certain angles for it to look like a photo. Disappointed this time.

Puzzle came in a cute velvet bag and was shaped like a heart, but photo was very dark.

I was a little disappointed with this purchase. The puzzle pieces were not all cut completely and a few of the pieces were actually separating on the edges. I glued them and that seemed to work, but should not have to fix something to use it the first time.

I was pleased with the ability to see personalization before ordering and the speed of shipment, but the puzzle was thin and easily bent when putting together and taking apart. the picture did look nice but i would not recomend ordering this cheap quality puzzle.

the quality of the picture was much better that what was printed also the quality of the puzzle pieces is less than satisfactory. if your not worried about quality over the sentimental thought then this is a good product but to me its worth less than advertised.
