I was not impressed with the packaging. It just came in a clear bag. I thought it would stleast come in a box with my picture on it. Instead I had to use my phone to see the picture, and it took me two hours to put it together that way. Maybe figure out a way that isn't going to cost you guys a arm in a leg but have the customers picture so it is easier to put together.

The item I thought I bought was not like the item that was sent. Item
Ordered was brown wood surrounding and item sent was a white sparkly pebble stone look. I would’ve rather had what I ordered sent. I wasn’t even informed of a change. Recipient sent me a picture.

Beautiful work but thought product was much larger than what it was.

Came in a plastic bag payed $5 extra for it to come in a cute box. The box was not what I expected the edges were all ugly and the box was cheap material. $40 for everything, first time shopping from here I would rate it 3.5 starts.

I should have looked closer at the description before I purchased this item but I would never expect a puzzle to come without a box including the photo of the puzzle. This came in a drawstring bag.

I've always been happy with all items purchased in the past. This puzzle item was bought for a Christmas present so I am not sure how it looks yet. I am disappointed though in the presentation of the puzzle. The puzzle pieces come in a pouch wrapped in bubble wrap. There is not any way for the recipient to know what the item is or how to put the puzzle together since it doesn't even come with a color picture of the picture. I ended up printing a copy of the puzzle picture so they can use as a guide on how to put together. So, hopefully they won't mind etc.

We ordered 2 different puzzles. While the quality was fine, both puzzles were missing pieces. We are currently waiting for the replacements to arrive. We are hoping to have them for Christmas gifts.

It was a bit smaller than I thought it would be. No picture to help guide you. I had to go to my library to see what I was working with. Otherwise nice gift.

The picture didn't come out the way I expected. Too bright ? The contrast ?
But I did like the idea I saw that I tried for the puzzle. I glued it into a shadow box frame & it came out lovely.

The idea was cute and it was a great idea for Valentines but the photo came out way too dark and the finished product didn't look like it did when I created it online

Make sure you pic a bright photo. The puzzle came out really dark.

Over all it turned out, but it was a matte finish and looked cheap.

When I saw the puzzle online I knew it was a perfect Valentine's Day gift. It was delivered and I couldn't wait to see it. I put the puzzle together and I was disappointed. There was a piece missing and the couple on the puzzle wasn't us. I called customers service and they quickly corrected the problem. I was sent the correct puzzle and I received it in time for Valentine's Day. If you're looking for something memorable and cute this is the item for you but check for the correct photo.

The puzzle looked great to start out with, but after looking at the pieces individually, it was apparent that the picture was coming off of the puzzle slightly.

Was smaller than expected. I would of liked it to be larger.

It is a cute product, definitely recommend. But if you are trying to wow someone, you might need to get something else on the side.

I haven't seen it put together yet but it doesn't look as big as I expected. Lots of small puzzle pieces but its a gift for a teenager for Christmas so I think she will like it.

I was very pleased with the quality of this gift and the only reason it lost a couple of stars is because I think it should have been a lot bigger. Because of the size I feel the need to purchase an additional gift (can't remember if the size was mentioned and if it was then that was my fault for not paying attn).

The puzzle was for my 5 year old daughter. It was fun to put it together with her and turned out very cute but it was MUCH smaller than I anticipated.

The concept of the puzzle was very cute. Once I received the puzzle the pieces were coming apart. I had to glue the picture back to the puzzle piece. The sentiment was very romantic and I'm glad I was able to give the puzzle to my special someone. However I would not order from here again. The product quality was poor. I guess you get what you pay for.

Although this is very cute, it is difficult for the recipient to put the puzzle together when it is not whole apon arrival and has no picture to look at. It would be great to have one or the other. Otherwise, great product!

I purchased this gift for sweetest day for my boyfriend. It was a great idea for a gift but it was just too small. I recommend buying the 252 square puzzle instead, because you're really just buying the heart shape. And you'll get a cool tin to put it in when you're done. I wasnt too happy.

i was expecting even better quality for the price..

I gave this to my grand daughters and wish it had been a little bit bigger in size but it had very nice clarity about the picture.

I really liked it... Except I just wish that you could expand a little bit more on cropping the picture, since its limited. Other than that it was good and it shipped fast. The color was good.
