I ordered it as a gift for a family member and it was a cute puzzle they ended up loving it but it was hard to put together and distinguish the pieces even while looking at the preview where you could see where the lines of the pieces were.

I purchased this puzzle as a gift for Valentines day. I was skeptical at first but i truly enjoyed the product. The puzzle was smaller than i had anticipated and the photo came out a little dark and very grainy. However it was recognizable and easy to put together. I love how thick the puzzle is its not some flimsy easy to rip. Also the shine on the picture added a little something extra. Thank you for a great product.

Product is as advertised. I just expected it to be bigger.

I loved this gift idea! It was very special and personal, and a great activity to do together. The only thing I was upset about was that the personalized gift note was not in the packaging when it was opened. I wish they had remembered to include it but otherwise a great gift!

Loved the puzzle. My husband had fun putting it together. But I was missing a piece.

The puzzle was shipped and arrived very quickly.Cute product with reasonable pricing.It would be nice if they included a picture to help the put together process.The person receiving the gift has no idea what they are trying to put together.

The puzzle itself was great. I was disappointed that it didn’t come solved, but that’s fine. The box was a waste of money. In the picture it looked like a nice box, but in reality it was a tiny box that wasn’t even nice, so if you want to get this as a gift don’t pay extra for the box. Also paid extra for expedited shipping but it wasn’t any faster than standard shipping.

They do a very good job. However the puzzle picture came out darker than the original picture, (the preview picture they show you looked exactly like my picture, so I was surprised that the actual puzzle was darker). I would recommend using light, bright colored pictures.
I thought it was going to be smaller (even though they gave the dimensions) and very easy to put together (I thought there would only be a few puzzle pieces). Wrong...it was a nice size and very good puzzle!

It was an amazing gift for Valentine's...something different, would wish it was a little bigger but it was an old pic and they got it perfect...good job guys

I loved this idea for a bridal shower "Date Night" basket. However, I was a little disappointed that no where indicated what it was and what the puzzle would look like. I printed and cut out the photo I used to tape to the inside of the box so the recipient would know what it was. Other than that I was pleased with this purchase.

It was good and came in fast

It would be nice if there was some indication of what the puzzle looks like. If it's a gift the person has no idea what they're trying to put together. A picture sent with it would be nice. Everything else is wonderful

Picture was clear was perfect !

Pros - the puzzle was great quality, the picture was perfect and it was a perfect gift.

Cons - I ordered as gifts for a few couples couples and had to open each one up and try to identify which puzzle was for which couple. I would have liked a picture of the puzzle on the receipt or a way to tell them apart.

Bought this puzzle for my boyfriend for valentines day. He loved it. Only thing I wish it included was an image print out of the puzzle..it's hard to put together not seeing the image!

The puzzle was easy to assemble and also small in size. It's about the size of half a standard length paper. The packaging was adorable and great for gifts. As for the picture, I was not 100% pleased. The breaks between the puzzle are darker and more noticeable which did not make the picture look as it does in the preview. Picture is not as crisp as I thought it would be. But it's still a good buy. I like it.

I didn't throughly read the size and it was in a small bag. It looks like it's going to be a sweet picture. You have to select the right size and layout for this. I had to go through about 1/2 dozen to find the right one that fit in the heart shape that didn't cut off people in the picture. I still feel it was a good buy.

It was shipped quickly and when I received it, it was not damaged or missing pieces. It's was fun to put together and a great gift for my significant other. I wish the puzzle would've been a tad bit bigger and with better resolution, but we knew what we were putting together. I'd buy another one or recommend this purchase to a friend.

I got this puzzle for my boyfriend as a "just because/happy four months together" gift, and well, the puzzle was adorable. We had a great time putting it together! It had the right amount of pieces, not making it super easy or super complicated. However, my one complaint is the size. It was cute, but I expected the puzzle to be bigger.

Original and simple, late shipping, but a great product

I like it but I didn't realize it would be so many pieces; mine will take awhile to put together but I suppose that's half the fun since this is a Valentine's Day gift for my girlfriend.

Albeit a nice keepsake because of the picture it represents, the quality of the puzzle pieces could have been a little better. Also, as with any puzzle, it would have been nice to have a copy of the picture the completed puzzle is to become. The outer pieces of ANY puzzle should ALL interlock with one another....in this case, they do not. Still a SPECIAL piece nonetheless.

It was fun putting it together with my wife. The Outside edge pieces were a little hard to find because some were shaped funny, but it wasn't so easy a kid could do it. My wife was surprised when she figured out what it was.

The puzzle turned out beautifully. I got it as a Christmas present for my fiancé. I'm really excited to put it together. Some of the pieces were kind of stuck together though and the cardboard backing ripped a tad.

Really liked the puzzle, such a good gift idea. I wish I could have seen the layout of where the cuts were though because I had a small detail in my image that got cut off a little because of where the puzzle pieces broke off, so if I had known I would have adjusted before printing. But overall very happy with my puzzle, thank you!

I bought this to go with a housewarming gift for a young couple which makes a cute gift BUT. ..I thought it would come put together. So either I will print out the picture for them to do the puzzle or I will have to put it together which I do not want to do. The quality is great just know that it comes disassembled.

I loved it, the quality of the picture was a little off, but it's fine for the price. Another thing that bothered me was that the picture was coming apart from the puzzle, but a little glue fixed it so I still loved it. I would definitely shop here again like always.

Bought this for Valentine's day and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. A few of the pieces were peeling off the backing a bit but it wasn't a big issue. He enjoyed putting it together (and I enjoyed watching him). The photo was very, very clear and I would recommend this gift.

Love the puzzle! I got the deluxe box, everything was wrapped so nice. The image I got customized was exact, no flaws, the puzzle pieces are super tiny though! Only other downside for me was some of the puzzle pieces were splitting.

At first it was hard to build because the pieces are not like average puzzle pieces but once it was all put together it was beautiful! the only thing that i was not happy with is that some of the pieces were already peeling when i opened it. =/ the actual picture part was separating from some of the puzzle pieces. Besides that it looks really nice.

I looked around for a while for a puzzle that was in the shape of a heart. I had my girlfriend put it together just before we went out dancing, and it was an extra special surprise for her when she realized that it was heart-shaped! She absolutely loved it. I only rated it a 4 for quality. A couple of the pieces frayed a bit when we first put it together, but the shipping was fast, and the nice velvet black purse with drawstring was a classy touch.

What does a young teenager get his first girlfriend that is appropriate. This was PERFECT.

Loved the puzzles, but the pieces were very small. Turned out very cool! One of them did not include the picture of the puzzle, wished it would have, as the other 2 did. This was a hit for Christmas gifts!

I was very pleased when I received the personalized puzzle and so anxious to put it together! It came in a cute little velvet bag and once put together the picture is good quality and just what I expected. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is several of the puzzle pieces were bend from being pulled apart too aggressively or incorrectly. But it's a minor detail and would not stop me from buying another!

This was a great deal! It came really fast and was exactly the same as the picture shown to me when I finished editing the photo. The puzzle pieces were not really neatly cut, so I had to cut some parts myself. But it wasnt a big deal. I sent this to my boyfriend overseas and I hope it will get there in time and he'll love it. :)

I received the picture puzzles of my twin grandchildren. They have geat images and color. The size of the puzzle pieces are a bit small for their little fingers as of this date. But I, or their mommy, will help them put the pieces together 3 or 4 times so they can see themselves as a puzzle. Every Christmas, one gift is always for keepsake purposes. The puzzles will be the keepsake for 2011, later on, going into their own "Baby Grow" box, along with their personalized gold ID braclets, hand made sock monkeys, small etched glass bowls for cereal/oatmeal, and a Bedtime story book recorded in their Grandmother's voice. This will be a great addition to the Baby Grow box, and will also be a great way for them to recall how they looked puzzle style. My daughter, now 34, is still finding momentos in her Baby Grow box, that has been kept in this fashion. She is passing some of them down now for her kids to keep in their Baby Grow box....one being a puzzle of herself @ 3 yrs. old.
