I truely do love the way this frame looks with my personalization. I am sure the bride will love it. I order all my Wedding and Baby gifts here. This is the first time ever that I am disappointed in a product from Personalization Mall. I was disappointed with the back of the frame. They way the picture is held in looks cheap. It only hangs on the wall or leans on a wall sitting on a shelf. Next time I will pay more attention to the fine print.

With all the positive reviews on this item, I guess I set my expectations too high. The frame says it's wood with high gloss laminate, but it looks like wood beneath, and then a layer of plastic on top. I was expecting it to look more like wood than plastic. I ordered the blue steel color, so maybe it would look better in a darker color but I don't know. Fortunately, this was not my main gift to the Wedding Couple...I was looking for a frame to put a $100 bill in rather than just sticking it in a card. I still think it will be a very nice gift....just not as fancy as I expected. I order a lot of personalized gifts from various sites, so not my first dealing with a personlized item. I did order the personlized Father's Day tabletop frame, and it is really nice...that one I was impressed with.

I purchased this frame to put a black and white picture from my wedding in it. I received the frame and although the quality of the frame is nice, the writing looks very nice, I was disappointed about the color.

The frame is more of a deep dark purple then black. It has a purple tint to it. I put the black and white picture in it and it just doesnt look a great as I was hoping.

Hello, This picture frame I ordered was a little cheesier than expected but passable. The ingraving was wonderful just a cheap frame for a bit much. The shipping was late. I recieved it 10 days latter which I was not awhere of but in all everything was ok. thanks
