As a teacher, I have been buying this frame for my Teacher Assistants (seniors) for many many years. I loved the glossy finish and the personalization. I just ordered one for my first grandchild who is graduating and it came with a matte finish instead of the glossy finish. The glossy finish won't scratch off the personalization which is what I could see happen with the new matte finish. The glossy finish protected the personalization. With the matte finish I feel like I could scratch off the writing. Please consider going back to the previous finish. I have loved ALL of the various products that I have ordered over the years. Personalization Mall has been my "go to gift" as everyone loves something personalized just for them. This is the first I have been disappointed in.

The frame is excatly what I ordered adn the shipping was not to shabby either.

Very nice product as always. I have ordered this products many times. unfortunately this one was slightly moved to the left, so the quality was not as I expected.

I was searching for a kindergarten grad frame and could fine nothing fitting! With this I was able to use school colors, personalize it for kindergarten and include child's name! The colors not exactly as in preview (looks a little cheaper in person) but overall still pleased with product!!

I bought this item for my brother's graduation from college and am pleased with how it turned out. It is all correct and colors are true to original preview. I would have liked more color options (burnt orange instead of regular orange).

Very nice picture frame. I loved the colors and being able to personalize it to the graduate. very satisfied. Unique gift for a high school graduate!

I love this product. The only issue I have with it is I couldn't choose the "real" color blue I wanted as my theme was the American Flag. I would have liked to have a "navy" blue. Other than that, I love the final product. It did, however, come in a deeper blue than was was shown, which was fine with me.

I purchased this same item @ Christmas for my Freshman granddaughter.
I have returned to purchase another for my 50th Class Reunion.
I plan to use this as a gift for the Reunion.
this will make a great reminder of our High School & it is in our colors.
I will be back to order more of these as my granddaughter goes thru
each year of High School.

I was so glad I found this frame. I was getting it for a very creative friend of mine and I needed something over the top. So this was perfect, especially since I am not creative at all! I think I was more excited for her to open it than she was. She loved it and I would totally recommend it to anyone.

It's hard to find the right gift for a teenage boy, and this one actually earned a smile. The color options were very helpful, and the finished product did not disappoint!

I'm really happy with this frame, it has great personalization qualities. I thought the frame was covered with glass but it turns out the whole thing is ceramic. I wish the navy was a bit darker though. Over all a great product that left me happy with my purchse =D

Very nice frame. I requested alumni information from my highschool. Good utilization of space for adding the alumni terms requested. Very pretty and fun.
