I have ordered this mug a number of times over the years for different co-workers who have retired.The mug is cute & the personalization comes as seen.This time I was very disappointed with Personalization Mall’s packaging.Usually I get the mug in a white box with your logo which I wrap.This time it came with nothing!I think it is extremely tacky,I had to find a box that fit a mug so I can wrap it & I still think it looks cheesy.Presentation is everything, these are meant as gifts!Include a box!
