Beautiful frames but there was an error of n the spacing on the wedding date.

Letters/print faded not as bright as ad. Had to touch up 20% of edge with black. "&" cut off at top

I’m disappointed at the Wedding Picture frame I recently ordered. It has a matte finish which it isn’t what I was expecting. I have ordered many picture frames in the past for different events and they all have been with a glossy finish which I’ve been very happy with and the main reason I keep coming back to the Personalization Mall. In my opinion, the matte finish doesn’t do justice to the printing on the frame.

I like the frames in general, but I did notice a few marks on the front of the frames. I would have preferred the frames be wrapped in tissue and then put in the box. Just my preference. I am hoping the couples will enjoy their frames.

This is one of several wedding gifts - I wanted to make something personal for the wedding couple however it's a lot of frame and not much photo.

The stand that supports the photo frame is very cheap. I do love how the frame itself turned out but it will have to be hung since the stand is so cheap and flimsy.

The frame is nice. It's not great, it's not bad. The names look like they've been printed on a printer - not sharp or clear like the picture on the website shows. I have gotten other products from here and haven't had trouble but I will not buy this item again.

I have ordered this in the past in the black and loved it. Decided this time to try the grey and it is so light that you can see every imperfection. Maybe this was just mine and not saying there was sloppy work done on it but there were 2 areas of the frame that had small black markings under the gloss. I contacted the company and I was able to remove some with alcohol. Some are still there. But was my decision not to have another sent for that would be wasteful. But my recommendation would be maybe not choose the grey as first choice.

This is the first frame and the only order (of many I have placed) that I have had a problem with. In a one inch area, it had three 1/4" indented dings on the laminated white front of the frame when I received it. I called right away and a replacement was shipped for free; but, when I got the replacement, it had about a 1/2" long crushed edge area on the back edge of the particle board. I went ahead and gave the gift, but I was a little less proud than usual of my gift.

Customer service was excellent. However, who ever inspected the work before shipped is where
the problem was, as there was no damage to the outer shipping materials.

I have never had a bad purchase from Personalization Mall. Your products are always give me the biggest 'aaahhhhhh' at a shower when my gift is opened.

This purchase I went with a new 'gray' color choice. As I look at it, my first opinion is that it's not as attractive as others .. I think because the lettering doesn't 'pop' as your black or white basic colors .. and you can't make out the names when you step away from the frame. But this particular shower isn't until June .. so I'll reserve my final vote until I see if my/your gift is still the main 'aaahhhhh' .......

Unfortunately, the frame is not the quality that the photograph online depict. However, the typefont used is very nice. Additionally, I would not recommend paying the additional $5.99 for the gift box. It was poor quality and certainly not worth an additional $5.99.

It didn't feel as suave as it looked in the picture online. But arrived on time and a great gift idea to the newly weds.

I like the picture frame a lot but I ordered the tan color and it almost looks pink. Other than the color the frame is really nice.
