I have been ordering from your company for years, and this is the first time I've been disappointed in my order.
The print in the background was so light, that it was hard to make out, unless of course, you were looking for what it says.

The blue color of the mug is vibrant but the personalized message is a bit hazy.

Such a clever idea and I was looking forward to surprising the recipient with this personalized coffee mug. I was very disappointed with the quality of the printing on the mug however. The background lettering of the career is hardly visible at all! And the lines of the lettering of the name are not sharp and edges not straight, as if the camera was not in focus and the is image blurred. Would probably not order this product again, tho still a nice idea.

Coloring is very good and I liked the options for saying or using your own.
The cup was just way smaller than I expected for the price. It doesn't hold 11 oz.
Would not order again.

The mugs I ordered were beautiful but I was disappointed in a few things. First there is a background with the title of their job on it and it was so faint you could barely see it, much less read it. Second the labels were not centered on the mug....so sad because they were beautiful otherwise but I will not opt for this design again.

I ordered three of these mugs, and all of them had a very small font for the verse on the back. It is very hard to read.

This is a good gift for a co-worker gift exchange. The image on the mug is a little light. Overall, good.
