I like the Christmas cards. They were exactly how I wanted them done. I will have my cards done by personalization.com for 2016 too. The cards are of good quality and I highly recommend them. The personalized ornaments are also highly recommended..

We received our cards much faster than I had initially expected. They were true to the sample design; just really simple and elegant. The only con is the cost--they are a bit pricey for such a little amount.

I have ordered other items from Personalization Mall and have been completely satisfied. However, these Christmas cards were a complete disappointment. I did have a typo on my husbands name (Gry instead of Gary) on the inside of the card. I also put our names and address on the envelopes. SPELLED CORRECTLY! I would think someone would have caught the error and notified me. (Quality Control?)

I called and was told there was nothing they could do but give me 50% off a new order which came out to be more than I originally paid! I refused and wanted to speak to a supervisor. I was told no one was available and everyone is trained the same! Also the look of the cards were not as attractive as the photo online! I expected better customer service!
