Of all the ornaments that I've bought from PM.com, this one by far is the poorest(cheap)looking ornament that I've gotten.I was going to give it as a gift,but I don't want to embarrass the person to whom I was going to give it to.I'll just keep it. May or may not use it come Christmas.Would not recommend this one.

Product was received chipped (one of the presents) so company shipped a replacement at no charge. Unfortunately, replacement was also broken (sleigh leg broken off). Product was encased in bubble wrap inside a beautiful velvet bag so not sure how it got broken both times. Have ordered from here before with wonderful results so chalking this one up to too fragile a product for shipping. Customer service is always SUPERB so will not let this keep me from ordering here in the future.
