In Memory Engraved Pocket Watch Customer Reviews

I purchased the pocket watch as a Christmas gift; I was thrilled to receive it three days before it's expected arrival. It is a good watch the only problem we encountered was the clip attaching the chain to the belt. We had to replace it because it did not stay on the pants. Overall, I would definitely recommend getting this product!

The engraving on this watch was very nice. I love that there is always enough room to write exactly what you want to say. I also liked that you could write something on the front and back. The watch face is a nice large size, so you can see the time easily.

Based on the reviews (of this watch and other pocket watches with same picture just different item descriptions), I expected the watch to have more weight to it. I also thought the clasp that connected the watch to the chain would be a better quality material; it felt and looked like a heavy plastic. The chain was a decent quality.

The watch did arrive in plenty of time to give as a Father's Day gift and was in perfect condition. I like the black velvet pouch that comes with it. I did notice that the watch was already ticking in the box. There was supposed to be something on it that didn't let it run until the user activated a switch.

I ordered 2 of these watches for two different people. They are of good quality and both were very appreciative of the gift. One of the watches was not keeping time properly, so they sent out another one right away and it worked fine. Only improvement that could be done is perhaps a background color or something as it was a little hard to read the message inside.
