Personalizationmall.com is my go-to place for wonderful gifts. EVERYTHING I have ordered has been beautiful and just want I expected/wanted. This ONE item, I have to say I am not pleased with. The cup narrows downward on the inside and holds very little liquid. The top is kinda flimsey and for those reasons, I can not rate the travel tumbler higher than 1 star. I have probably ordered 20 items from personalizationmall.com and this is the very first thing I was not head over heels with.
