Overall I like the mat. The things I don't like the wording Welcome to our Workshop is light so it can be difficult to see, and as it's an outdoor mat I'm constantly trying to keep leaves, dirt and the elements from staining the pretty green color.

I contacted Customer Service regarding one of the letters in my name overlapping HAPPY. They compensated me for my concern but could not correct as I requested my name to be in all caps.

I did these as gifts for a couple of employees and they loved them. I may go back and order one for myself.

The doormat is adorable. I wish it were a little thicker, which is the only reason it didn't get 5 stars from me. But so far I've been impressed with the quality of everything I've bought from personalizationmall.com.
