The ornaments from PM are always great quality and gorgeous. However, the year on the family ornament showed 2017 not 2016. Not sure if it was my error (cld have been) but I would hope in the future a filter would set a pop up that you placed a year that was in the future so this mistake could be caught. I have another g'child coming in 2017 so this ornament is actually useless to me for 2017. It is however a beautiful ornament.

engraving was not that great. product was poor

I love the ornament, but the engraving was not as good as it could of been. Names were off center in packages and letters weren't precise.

The names in the presents were very light and thin and chipped off easily if rubbed with your fingers. I ordered another one similar to this, the bell shaped glass ornament and that one was perfect!

I purchased this for one of my bosses. It was very nicely done but a lot smaller than i had expected.
