This is the second frame I’ve purchased! I love the woodworking and lettering. It is good quality.
The parts that needs improvement are: the easel backing gets weakened very quickly, and secondly, there should be 4 tabs holding the backing to the frame. These are simple improvements…..

Frames purchased have always been of good quality.

I love the frame it turned out great! Just the back of this frame was loose and didn't stay in that good.

This is a quality product. Very nice looking frame. Good workmanship. I just wish the first row of my dogs name wasn't slightly cut off on both frames I ordered. Other than that it's beautiful.

Personalization Mall really does an amazing job with engraved wood products. This frame is great. I wish that the "We" was smaller and the "grandma & grandpa" part was larger, because the "We" stands out more. But the engraved grandchildren's names looks great. The only problem is that the back piece of the frame with the stand (the piece that holds the photo in place) is poor quality and falls off if you don't hold it gently. So I am giving it four stars for that quality issue and the fact that the "We" is too large.

I've bought a few of these for grandparents. They are so cute and are always a great gift.

This frame as a whole is spectacular, and the recipients loved it. The rating is 4 stars because the variation on the wood somehow makes it look dull and cheap. I think a little glazing will make the lettering pop and the wood look more elegant and sophisticated.

I have ordered from PM before and thought this would be a great Christmas gift. I was not disappointed. It arrived much quicker than I expected and brought tears to the eyes of the recipient. The only negative, and this is a very minor negative, is that the wood was a little rougher to the touch than I would have expected. Again, it is very minor, but worth mentioning. This would not stop me from ordering this product again. I love PM and their gifts ALWAYS impress!

We were not able to find a 4x6 photo in portrait with NANA inscribed until I found this frame and was able to personalize with NANA, adding great grandchild's name was also a great enhancement.

Love that the kids names are all over the frame and that I could personalize the "I" vs. "We" as well as anyone's name at the bottom. I gave this to an Aunt and Uncle so had 3 lines of words at the bottom, "Aunt Amy and Uncle Phil" making them a little small. It is not as clear/noticeable as probably one or 2 lines would be and not quite as clear in person as the picture shows, but overall nice frame they can display anywhere!

This frame was awesome! LOVED it. Only issue was a little bit of the wood was chipped and it was really hardly noticeable at all. Other than that it was really well done.

I ordered this for my sister as she is my daughters Godmother....so instead of adding names to the text I put positive describing words eg strong, friendly, loving, honest etc
I love the frame, it looks very rich and beautiful with their picture inside...however, most of the words were not shown. I understand space constraint but it could be done a little better. The first word was used a lot of the printing.

If I had of used names for this, someone would of felt left out.

Was framing pictures for both sets of grandparents for the holiday and figured with frame prices being so high, we might has well personalize them. These are very economic frames compared to non-personalized 8 by 10. I loved that we got all 3 kids names on it. It really added to the quality of our professional pictures. The frames are wood and will surely hold up. Can be hung or stand up. Just seemed like the grandparents titles were short, but wide (more so then necessary for an 8 by 10). Wish we could have adjustd the font.

The frame arrived with a small crack but other than that - PERFECT!!!

Quality of product is great. But since they give you so many name slots, each name could appear more times on the frame. Instead each row starts from the beginning of the list. So be sure to preview it when ordering.

Some of the engraving didn't seem consistent throughout the frame.

I love the frame I bought for my father-in-law for Father's Day. I put all the grandchildren's names on the frame. It came out beautiful. I know he'll love it! I would give it five stars if there were alternative grandparents names to choose from such as "Grammy", "Papa", "Nana" or "Meme".

My Mom loved this! Well made. Gave it as a Mother's Day gift. She will put of group picture of herself, my brother, and I in it. Personalized gifts are always a winner.

We ordered this for my husband's parents and they were crazy about it because it says "Grammy and Pappy." The frame isn't very heavy but it's good quality. I totally recommend this.

We ordered this for my mother-in-law for mother's day. It was sent very quickly and looked well done. I think it's something that is cuter when listing more than one child's name, but it's a nice, reasonably priced gift.

Product comes out just as it looks in the picture. Product was made and shipped quickly which was great.

I ordered the frames at the last minute on Dec 18th and they came in time for Christmas. They were just as described online and I love them.

This frame arrived within a week of ordering and looked just like the online preview. My only complaint, more of a suggestion really, is that the largest picture these frames will accomodate is 4x6. I would love to have a 5x7 or 8x10 option as well.

there is a chip on the top right hand corner of the frame. I don't think it should have been sent to me in that condition.
