This frame is very nice. I love that you get to personalize it.The only thing I didn’t expect was for it to not have a glass covering the actual picture. There is a soft plastic paper in front of the picture. The plastic is also not super transparent, it has a bit of a white film on it so it makes the picture not look as clear as it should be. It should have had a hard clear plastic to protect the picture at least. I will try to fit a glass from an old frame I have. Would have been 5 stars.

I was very pleased. This was my first time ordering from Personalzation Mall. Thought it was a gift that my Daughter-In-Law could update the picture I put in of my two precious Grandsons, as they grow. I will definitely order again. It came within the time they gave me.

Nice, but the Mawmaw I put in the corner was small and squished together.. Wish they adjusted it more to the frame

I really like the overall design of this frame. I find the quality of the engraving to be just a bit lacking. It looks like a low resolution version of something you'd find at other engraving shops. Overall, I can't complain because the price is right for this and it made a fantastic Mother's Day gift. My wife absolutely loved it.

Very nice quality I would recommend this item the only problem I have is the font used for the top display it is difficult to read for my mother and seems rather jumbled but other than that this product would have received 5 stars
