The matt was in great condition. However, the personalization was flawed. There are no return labels for the product. I don't know what to do. This was a wedding gift and I cannot give it with the imperfection. The name has a break in the R in their name. Please help.

My last name has a (R) in it .. The letter doesn't match up to the the letter before it.., Turned out squiggly .. I looked at spelling and didn't look at there script error ... There is no other script on this particular rug !!
Be aware no replacement .. Christmas present disaster !!!
The rug is great if you don't have a R in your last name ...

I have not received the items. they were never delivered. I hope the replacement will get delivered to my door in time for Christmas gifts

The lettering was lovely but the mat itself was poor quality, very thin and does not stay in place. For the price, I do not recommend this product.

I used "The Plourdes Family" and when arrived it
looks more like "TheP lourdes Family"
and according to personalizationmall management its
because of the font style used and they wont replace, so that is $50+ wasted

This is suppose to be a door mat not a bathroom rug. Too small.

Color is too light. It has gotten very dirty in just a few days.

I loved the look of this rug online. However, when I got it I was very displeased. It should not describe the rug as neutral. It definitely has a green tone to it. It is quite slippery as well. For the price, I wish I would have spent more somewhere else and got one that I really liked.

Was not pleased. The name of the family was not centered.

Flat smooth surface doesn't allow you to really clean your shoes off and so this doormat is really just a decoration to show off someone's personalized name. It's very light color makes it instantly dirty and I'm extremely sorry I wasted money on it.

Very bad quality!!! If you want to use outside do not purchase.
So light it would blow away.
