The cross itself looks very nice but the ribbon is missing. :(

This was so much smaller than i imagained and for the price. The writing on the card was soo tiny that you can not read it

Looked exactly as it should. However, it's very thin. I guess that makes it lightweight? It's the thought that counts.

Was smaller in size than anticipated

When looking at the picture online it looks a lot bigger then what it is. It’s my fault for not checking size but they should of done a comparison to show how small it really is. It’s still a nice gift but disappointed in the size.

The artwork was absolutely incredible but was so disappointed at the size. On the picture it looks much bigger and the name is much clearer. But in actuality it is much smaller.

I had really high expectations for this product; the engraving was perfect but just the quality of the cross itself feels super fragile and thin. I thought it would be thicker and better material; but it feels pretty low quality for the price. I love the idea of this gift; but I just wish it was better material.

I was excited to order a personalized item. I was disappointed with the carving of the name. The "m" was so thin it was almost unrecognizable. It also smelled of burnt wood. The cross was smaller than It appeared. It was an important Christmas gift, I thought it would have been better quality for the price.

it is very well done but a little smaller than I thought it would be. I got it for a baptism gift for my grandson but is really small.

The cross was smaller/thinner than I expected. The carved name was beautifully done but that is all that I really liked about the item. It just didn't "feel special".

Cute but VERY small

I bought this for my nephew who is getting baptized at an older age (4 years old). I didn't want anything too babyish. I love the design but wish it was larger considering the price. I bought a different style of cross for another present and it was thicker and bigger. Beautiful craftsmanship but just disappointed in the size.

Guess I didn't read the measurements because this was much smaller than expected. I really like it, but it isn't much bigger than a Christmas ornament. I was expecting a little bit larger cross.

Nicely done, but disappointed, much smaller and thinner that I was expecting, then it's not even in a box, just a cardboard envelope. Kinda cheap looking so now I need to buy something else to go with it. Guess I didn't read the dimensions

It looks great but it's very lightweight, making it easy to break.

Unique gift for christening because you can personalize. But arrived with an odor of burnt wood or clove smell. Airing it out and hope the smell goes away by christening. No one else mentioned this in reviews so don't know why its just me but had to mention it

They did a great job but unless you are looking for something the size of a large ornament probably not the best choice. I should have checked the dimensions as I was disappointed.
