I bought this frame as a wedding gift for my daughter. It is very well made and attractive down to the last detail.
I've been buying from PM for years and have never been disappointed. However, this order almost didn't happen. I contacted customer service, as I had an ordering question. This person was extremely rude, interruptive and no help at all. I emailed PM with my concern, and received no reply. I love the frame, but expected better from PM.

I love this frame. I ordered the FAMILY in blue. The only thing I am disappointed in is the description says it holds a 5x7 picture but the opening is actually 4.5x 6.5. I would prefer to see the whole picture and not have to trim it.

I chose to personalize this frame using the HOME background with the established date of when my son and his wife were married and moved into their new home. Certainly a nice change to the traditional photo frames! Thanks for offering this in your collection of personalized frames.

Perfect gift for welcoming my new sister in law to the family as one of their engagement gifts. Love the color and the quality also the nice box that was sent to wrap it in.

Would like to share that this item has a "glossy shine" to the finish, not matte as I had
thought. Still really nice, possibly I would have chosen a different item to order had
I known that as I am not a "glossy shine" kind of person…. however I know the recipient
is going to love it…. in fact they should be receiving it in todays mail.

This frame is really lovely. It arrived scratched (it is very glossy and scratches are very noticeable) but the customer service to respond to this was fantastic. I spoke with a representative, emailed her a picture of the scratch and within a day or 2, a new frame was shipped to me.

The frame is nice- I actually ordered 2 of them for different occasions (wedding present and a family photo). I would like to see them come with an attached Frame Stand (not sure what you call these things)or the option for one. Anyways, the attached stand that allows a regular picture frame to stand on its own. I understand this is particular product is made to hang on the wall but the only other reasonable way to prop it up if you don't want it on the wall is an small easel.

Otherwise this is a well made product. No other issues!

I purchased two of these frames for Christmas gifts... they were beautiful and arrived in a timely manner! I am very pleased with my purchase, and am returning to purchase more. The quality was great. The only issue I had was the "optional" lines to add text weren't optional, but it worked out after I finally figured out what to say!

This is a housewarming gift for a girlfriend of mine and her family. I have yet to present them with the item, but I know they will love it. The frame is very good quality and looks even better than online. I've used this site many times before for a variety of gifts, and their items NEVER disappoint! I'm proud to give this as a gift!
