When I purchased this, I thought it was a cute mini bulldozer. I didn’t realize it was just a flat ornament.

I love the ornament but I am very disappointed with the personalization. The writing is not straight and the spacing is off especially between the l and i. I don’t know if it was purposely written to look like a child did it but I would have liked the writing to be better. Will not purchase again.

The paint glaze on the bulldozer could have been more solid. Some white areas on yellow where did not belong.
In the preview, the lettering looked more bold ... I did all caps to attain this, but very thin letting.

The personalization was exactly what I ordered. An area of the yellow is missing between the track and bucket. This gives the ornament an unfinished (poor quality) appearance. This is the first time I have been disappointed in a purchase from Personalization Mall.

The way the font looks on the preview is cute. However, when I received the ornament, the font looks weird. The letters are closer together which makes it look like they forgot a letter and squeezed it in. Not thrilled.

The little bulldozer is cute and a nice size. Not to happy with the personalization. The "i" and "l" in the word builder looks like a v. Can't return item. Otherwise, a nice ornament.

I wasn't as happy with this one as well as all the other ornaments I've ordered over the years. The ornament itself was cute and as I expected but the personal lettering looked jammed and the year looked like they forgot the 1 in 2014 and after realizing it, went back and squeezed in the 1. The picture they sent me of what it will look like wasn't as good as actual product. . Usually I would rate their merchandise as a 5 but this one only gets a 2-1/2 to 3.

I am always pleased with my purchases from personalization mall.com but this has been the only item that so far I have been kinda dissapointed with. The ornament looked like it had been stored for years becuase I had to clean it once I received and the quality of the item is not so good, it looks a bit cheap and plastic and the personalition is also not very good quality
