The mug was a little different than I was expecting. It almost looked dirty and scratchy. The design is cute but the packaging was horrific. Had to give it a thorough cleaning before wrapping it for Christmas. A good design especially for my girl who won't really notice.

Love how it looks. The first one came fast, however, it was broken. I had no problem getting a replacement and the replacement came fast too. I think it should be packaged differently, the box it is in is very tight and no cushion to prevent breaking. That would be the only thing i would change.

I purchased and personalized this mug as a Gift for my little niece. Upon receipt of the mug I noticed the background color of the mug seen online and the actual product are completely different. I am very dissapoited by that. The picture online clearly shows a dark pink / magenta color, but the actual product has a very plain red color (like the common Santa-Hat Red color). My little niece is the typical "everyhting (real) pink" and everyhting Minnie Mouse little girl and I was hoping to absolutely melt her heart with such a mug. Maybe next time.
