Personalized pillow, your way, your color & pictures. Wonderful gift for someone far away. Pillow insert could be a little thicker but still very nice. You can get a bigger insert yourself if you wanted to.

I've ordered this item before and it turned out great! I decided to order again. Different photos of course. The only issue I have is, one of the pillows had already begun to "puff up" during shipping! For the aforementioned reason, I deducted one star. The box PM shipped my order in, was ENTIRELY TOO BIG for the few items that I ordered. The pillows being the "largest". No packing materials to keep items from sliding around. I always hope to ship gifts in the box(es) I receive them in, as it is very difficult to find the right size box, when dealing with odd-shaped items. Too big? You're going to have to "fill" the box to keep items from shifting, & you will pay more for shipping. Too small? Either the box will be all-together too small, or you end up stuffing items, to make them fit, still hoping you can "secure" the box, as best you can, for shipping. It's also difficult to buy just a couple of boxes, in the size you need, as most places sell in bulk! I always run into an issue of a box being too small or too big. I am disabled, so, I do the majority of my shopping online. So, now, I am on the hunt for the "perfect size box" to ship an almost fully expanded pillow, & one completely flat pillow to two different locations. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase.

Love how beautiful the pillow cover came out. Only reason for 4 stars is how flat the pillow insert is. Even tried fluffing it up in the dryer

I absolutely loved the pillow and the pictures I used were clear and beautiful. I did not give it 5 stars because it was flat (about inch thick), and not cushy like a pillow. That was a disappointment. Overall, the fabric and photos were great. I guess you can purchase a pillow to put inside. Personalization Shop is still a GREAT store that I shop at often!!!

The photos I uploaded came out beautiful. I only wish the pillow had more fluff to it.

The picture quality was sharp, and I love that it comes with the pillow insert as well, but the picture is very dark as opposed to the preview. The preview and the photo are very bright but the actual printed image on the pillow is very dark.

Love the 2 pillows we bought for our grandsons! Ordering was easy,delivery was fast. My only suggestion would be to use material that was softer.

Received one a few years ago as a gift with photos of grandson #1 on it, so ordered one with pics of grandson #2 this Christmas. I was hoping to have it match in color and fabric, but did not have white as an option and the fabric is a bit shiny. Still very nice, and the photos came out clear.

The personalization was perfect thanks to my experience and your professional services. Disappointed in the lack of filling in pillow. Would be better if thicker.

I really love the pillows that I ordered but I was a little disappointed that they were not very thick.

Was not sure what to expect, but was pleased when I received it. Good value for the cost. Was my first time ordering something like this and tho I had a few issues with doing everything, but all came out ok. This is a gift for my husband for our anniversary. I am sure he will love it. He is in assisted living and this will keep reminding him that we are still together.

Loved the pillowcase,the pictures are very clear,but I was disappointed in how flat the pillow was that came with it. Doesn't fill out the pillowcase.

I ordered this pillow for my daughter and son-in-law for the anniversary of their stillborn son. The pictures I uploaded came out perfect. The color of the pillow is a deep royal blue and beautiful. The actual pillow is a bit smaller than I expected but the quality is really good. I was confused by the inside shell of the pillow as it came flat in a plastic bag. I didn't realize that once you opened it the pillow would expand. It will be a perfect gift for them to cuddle when they miss their son. I want one now too.

The pillow was a Christmas gift for my mom to match the blanket. It came out better the expected,just wish the pillow was a little softer.

The pillow was smaller than expected that’s my reason for a 4 star instead of a 5 star. Other than that the pillow was beautiful! The picture was very clear and the color was great. My son’s grandmother loved it!

I ordered three personalized toss pillows with pictures of my grandkids. When I received them one pillow was as I expected the other two were packaged flatly. I was concerned about the other pillows but after contacting customer service and being giving prompt instructions all my concerns were addressed and I am delighted with the pillows and anxiously awaiting Christmas to give as a gift.

I always love personalized items. I especially like this pillow since it has my family picture. It looks nice in my bench at the foyer. Wish it was fluffier though so I could have given it 5 Stars...you should consider making this available in more colors.

The pillow was a gift to my best friend and she loved it. The pillow was great but smaller than I expected. The pictures were great quality.

I ordered three pillows for Christmas gifts. They were a big hit!! The pictures were nice and clear and formatted nicely. I thought the pillows were going to be a little more fluffy but that really did not take away from the quality of the gift.

The pictures came out great. I was not pleased that I was unable to put the names of each dog under the correct picture. The font was right aligned and therefore did not have enough space to place the name under the pics. Otherwise I am very pleased.

Made this pillow for my sister for Christmas. I came out beautiful, the picture was clear and beautiful.

Pillow was just as promised--- white background with red lettering and a beautiful picture of me and my friend of more than 50 years. The lettering was written in French with no mistakes! Package arrived quickly. Very happy.

The pillows were beautiful although I ordered 7 with purple borders and purple writing and I got 5 with purple border and purple writing, the other two the border was purple but the writing was blue.....I ordered these for a friend and had them sent to her house and she did not want to go through the hassle of sending it back

You really MUST use very high quality, BRIGHT, sharp photos. No filter, no shadows. For example, from a professional shoot, or taken on a good camera with the flash on. Trust me - choose the photo carefully. Of the two that I ordered this time, one came out very bright but almost too bright (a bit washed out), the other was too dark (darker than the original photo) and the company kindly agreed to send me a fixed version for free.

I got this for my mom's birthday, she thought it was so cute! I used a pic of my baby and one of my nephew :) I just would like it to have more decoration or color to it but I'm happy my mom loved it!

Soft blanket, great pictures. Just a little small, but I love it.

Would buy again. My daughter in law will love this pillow.
