I am very pleased with the attention to detail and packaging for shipping was great!

This mug meets my hopeful expectations. The etching could be a little more prominent but I suspect it stands out more when the mug is filled with golden beer. I am delighted to give it as a gift for my uncle's birthday.

Beer mug is great. Delivered promptly. However the price was reduced by $8.00 before it was delivered and I would like to be refunded the difference.

The product was nice looking. I would it like for the engraving to be a bit more notable. In the example you show in the website, the letters look different than in reality. But over all it is a nice mug.

This beer mug is a birthday gift for a friend and it looks nice and is a heavy mug. The print looks good except for the "Aged to perfection" and the space for the name is in a small print. This mug makes the birthday gift more personal because you can put the year that they were born along with their name. I would like this mug if I received it as a gift and you don't have to drink beer to enjoy using it. Thank you Personalization Mall for such great customer service as well.

This was a gift for my grandson's 21st b'day. He loved it and being in college I know it will be put good use. I was disappointed in the engraving. It was done well but I thought it might have been done in a color such as gold. The photo you show has beer in it which accentuates the engraving. Without the beer it is hard to read,

The beer mug looks very classy and good quality. I am happy with the mug. I got gift wrapping too but I won't get it next time. The box looks cheap and it was winkled after shipping.

Purchased this for some fun with our son's 21st Birthday - it was a huge hit! The only reason I give this 4 and not 5 stars is that the engraving is not all that "deep" but completely understandable with the price point.
