The robe was nice and plush, very comfortable. The issue I'm having is how can you have a fluffy robe and the embroidery is so tiny? You can't even see what's written and I am disappointed in that. I purchased this robe for my mom and I've been reluctant to give it to her b/c no one can see her name on it. I now know better and will never order embroidery on clothes again. I'd rather get a mug.

Robe is super comfortable and great length. Only complaint is the white stitching on the pink robe doesn't show up as well as described in the preview.

fabric is nice, color is nice but the embroidered letters are wayyyyyyy too big! Gigantic. If I wasn't so busy with holiday details, I'd send it back to be redone. It's a gift for my daughter and I think she is going to laugh at how big the letters are.
