When I received my product, the glass for picture frame was cracked. I called Customer Service and a replacement piece of glass was received within a couple of days. It was the first time I've had to report a problem and was very pleased how quickly my problem was fixed. The birthday girl and mom loved the frame.

Love this frame - good quality. I selected a picture to be included, and the print quality of the picture was great as well. Although pricey, because I waited for a discount day, I was happy with the price as well.

I bought this frame for my beautiful baby girls 1st birthday. It's just as adorable as it looks. I bought it in the brunette girl with the green eyes. The frame is very well built so it's definitely worth the price. I do highly recommended also getting the frame in picture. You will not be disappointed.

This frame is great! It looks so pretty and I love how the name is displayed and that you can add the child's age as well :) AND you can make hair blonde or brown! This makes an awesome gift!
