This is a wonderful product - it looks elegant and beautiful. The only thing I would change is that the font color is white against glass and it's not as visible. There isn't a way to change this that I could see. Overall it's gorgeous and good quality though!

The frame for our 25th anniversary arrived in time. It was perfect. My husband said it was very unique. He liked it so much he placed it on the mantel with care

We love this picture frame. Suggestion printing. If options to choose color or printing letters with more strong impression looks best. currently people need to have close look to read the statements because its see through glass material.

I truly loved my choice of this item. I gave it 4 stars because the 1 in 15 is blemished a slight bit and makes me wonder if it will still be good in years to come. Also in the last word where I used "will", It's apparent that I should of allocated a space after the l and exclamation point as it looks like 3 l's. That's my bad though.
I have companies in the past catch such a thing and contacted me to make sure that's how I wanted it despite how it would look or verify it.
Also being as I didn't use up all the space I would of liked the phrases a slight size bigger.
Otherwise I', extremely happy with the product and will order from the company in the future. Was fairly fast shipping too!

I’m a little disappointed in the engraving. It is just clearly etched and hardly visible at first glance.

Some contrast would have made it instantly appealing. Perhaps a touch of color to make it easier to see.

The product was perfect and it brought my boss to tears when I presented it to her. She was so happy to see the picture already included.

I personalized this for an anniversary gift. The gift was for 15 years representing crystal. The frame looks nice but needs to sit in front of dark walls because it is hard to read in front of light walls. Thank goodness our recipients have dark walls.

This frame was a good price to include engraving. When I received it, the engraving was incorrect. I contacted them and they immediately corrected the mistake and rush delivered my item. I appreciate how they took care of the problem and processed everything so quickly.

It’s beautiful and the engraving was done correctly my only concern is that the corners are so sharp. In the future maybe they can try to perfect it a bit by rounding off the corners other than that I love it!

This was a present for my daughter & son-in-law's 25th anniversary. The engraving was great but I am disappointed in the frame. It should have been done in silver since their anniversary is their 25th. It was done in gold.

The frame looks great and heavy. I bought the optional gift box but I think it was a gimmick. The frame already comes with its own box that looks and fits better than the box I purchased. It was unnecessary to get the additional gift box.

Got this for my parent's 20th anniversary. It is a good quality product. My only complaint is that the text is a bit hard to read (unless against a dark background). It's very pretty though, I would order it again.

I really was satisfied with the picture frame I oredered , only thing I would say is that I wish the print would have been a darker color so it would show up better ,but I would definitely reorder from you and recommend you....THANK YOU!..
