The picks looked great, just how they were in the online preview. They were ready in two days and arrived at my door in two more. I was extremely satisfied with my purchase and plan to come back if I am in need of any other personalized orders.

This is a fantastic gift idea that I will be giving out at my brother's Bachelor Party. As musicians, I thought it was a very cool thing to mark the occasion. I wish I could have fit a few more letters on to make the message more specific, but I understand there has to be a limit. As a tip, I would suggest that the message fields are character limited...I didn't catch that until later on. They have a "line" limitation of 3 lines in place, but there's still room on each line to exceed the 10-char limit. They may have some lee-way, or may contact customers if they exceed the limit, but either way very cool product.

These might be in the thick side if you are looking for pics to play guitar with. But as a party favor, they are amazing. So easy to customize I could do it on my iPhone. Had a quick shipping question and it was quickly and accurately answered via the chat feature. Placed order and received shipment notification a day later. Had them in hand a few days after that and they are gorgeous. I worried the print quality might be grainy but these were high quality with clear vibrant print. They were gorgeous!
