Mousepad is a nice size. Photo turned out more grainey and a lot darker than I had inticipated. I used a high quality image, or so I thought. I thought that the preview they showed before ordering was very nice and was slightly disappointed with the finished product. The picture attached is the preview they provided.

When you purchase this item, there is an italicized line in the upper part of the order set up that says do not use all capital letters. I did not see that line. Hence, i used all capital letters and none of what i wrote on four lines could be read. It turned out to be a use less product from the standpoint of my message. The picture and the product was of good quality. It seems to me, that when you order something that is clearly not going to come out good, someone at Personalization should contact you and not just print the product. They have no system to protect the purchaser. If one does follow all the instructions (very carefully) the product will come out well. DONT MAKE A MISTAKE
