As a retired teacher, I am still in contact with colleagues and this is a perfect "start the year off right" gift. You can choose which month you'd like it to start with...I really like that feature.

I got this for my Mom, who is a teacher. It is very cute but the only reason I am giving it four stars instead of five stars is because there was an extra page printed in between the November and December month that looks like it may have been from someone else's order, something about Halloween with the names Heather and Ethan on it. It was a whole extra page tho, so I was able to just rip it out. Also, the calendar part of each page is small, but like I said, it is very cute.
