Disappointed By Shopper (Ft Thomas, KY) - January 27, 2012 First time I've ever been disappointed with anything I've ordered from this site. I received these hats and took them out to look at them when they arrived. It looks like a piece of white tape was used to put the names on them - not professional looking at all. Very disappointed!!
