Ornament is beautiful, but print on last ornament-"1 ON WAY" was smeared. The names on other 2 were just fine. Is there a possibility of getting it replaced. It was for my son and his 1st child due in a couple mos.

If not for print would be a 5 star. I have ordered in the past and this is first time not completely satisfied.

Such a cute ornament & a great gift for the Family.

I ordered this pretty close to Christmas, because I couldn't find the one I'd seen earlier on a different site. It came very quickly and was really cute. I'd had it made for my daughter and her family, and they were quite pleased.

This ornament is too cute! I purchased it for my mom for Christmas after getting married. Our family expanded over the past few years so I thought she'd like an ornament with ALL of her "kids" names on it, and she collects snowmen so it was perfect. He's a cute and colorful guy! She loved it!

It was sooo cute, and everything was perfect! Very pleased and will definitely order from you again in the future!

For you shoppers who order from a catalog or on line, you never know exactly what you will get when your product arrives. This was better than expected. The colors are great and the printing very good.

I ordered this ornament for my mom and it had impressions on the white parts of the ornament so I called customer service and they were GREAT!!!! They rushed me another one in time for Christmas at no charge to me. The new one was perfect and my mom loved it. It was made of heavy material and the paint was just as it was in the picture.... perfect. Thanks you guys for making my order right!!!!!!!!

This was such a neat gift...my Mother LOVES snowmen and being able to put my daughter & I's name on the gift was wonderful, same for my step-mother. I ordered both the well-crafted ornament w/ our names on it and "display holder", and they both love to "display" items during Christmas..painted & crafted perfectly.

Received this yesterday and it's adorable :) The 3 star rating is the snail mail delivery. Before Personalization had great speedy delivery but unfortunately not anymore :( I don't believe it should have taken 7 business days for this to be delivered from WI to CA!

I ordered the Frosty Family Ornament for my mom and added all of the grandkids names on it. The ornamnet is of high quality, thick and sturdy. The personalization looked very professionally done. It came in a nice velvet bag and was shipped extremely quickly. I am very pleased!!

I took advantage of the after Christmas sale and bought the Frosty Family Ornament to give as a gift for 2012. It's really cute, I'm happy I made this purchase.

This ornament is adorable, just wish shipping was faster like before, hence 4 stars. Now if you need/want something to be delivered in a timely matter you have to go with the express method whereas before regular delivery was within a few days of ordering, but unfortunately with Fed Ex Smartpost takes a good 7 business days before arriving.

The first ornament I received was defective. The Snowman's hat had a chip in the brim that, because of the careful bubble wrap packaging, could not have happened in transit. Personalization's customer service immediately sent out a replacement so it would arrived in time for Christmas. I didn't give this ornament more stars because I have some concern that if the Snowman falls off the tree it might easily chip or break. But, with care, I'm sure my son and his famiy will enjoy it for many holidays to come.

The whole thing of this ornament is great but a little bit disappointed becasue ther are black big marks on two of our names.Trying to remove it but didn't come off. It is going to be a gift to our Parents and I hope they like it. Overall it is cute and great deal. Thank you.

The first ornament I received had black marks on it, contacted customer service and they replaced it. Just received the replacement and it's much better. The ornament is cute but I prefer the ones you can add your own photograph to or the glass looking ones.

I ordered this item for a dear friend at church. Their home burned last year and they lost all of their Christmas decorations. Our church gave them an ornament party. The fisrst snowman ornament I received was unacceptable because the names were not centered. In fact, the first ornament name (Carolina) was almost completey off the edge! When I called customer service to complain, they promptly sent me a new ornament that was perfectly done.
