i was pleasantly surprised at the product quality. the chiller was heavy and the engravement was smooth to touch not etchy like other products i purchased recently with other companies. I'm glad I found this site.

Heavy-weight, so it is nice and sturdy.
The only thing I would change is the personalization. I wish it was more engraved, rather than just surface level.

I was amazed at the quality of this wine chiller. It arrived just as promised and was packaged perfectly. I couldn't believe they got it engraved just as I ordered so quickly.

Very nice, heavy and quality. The engraving looked good. Purchased as a wedding gift. Shipping box was crushed, interior book was ripped by lower rim of stainless chiller. Product was dented and scratched. I sent pics, replaced with a beautiful non-damaged one within days. Good customer service!

I bought this Wine Chiller for my parents 60th Wedding Anniversary, love how the engraving turned out! They are absolutely going to Love this when they open it on their Special day!

The chiller is very elegant, surprisingly heavy, and looks beautiful. However, the engraving is very light and doesn't really stand out. You have to look at it at an angle in certain lights to see it. Also, there was a barcode sticker smack in the top middle above the engraving, which left adhesive when I removed it. I can't imagine why they would place it there when there are other less obvious places to put it.

This is the second time I’ve purchased this as a gift. This is a very good quality and is beautiful. The first one I purchased two years ago had a much smaller engraving which didn’t show up well. They have changed it to a larger font and ir is perfect!

This wine chiller exceeded my expectations. It is beautiful and looks like it cost well over $100.

I really wasn't pleased with how the Name came out on the item. it was almost visible the letters were really small and should have been a little darker the chiller is really nice.

The nice thing about the chiller, other than it's a classic and sophisticated gift, is that it accommodates both wine bottles and champagne bottles. The engraving and delivery was as promised. One of the chillers did arrive with some slight damage near the engraving site.
