I was not too content with the final product it seemed that the quality of the picture apparently was not too good and when transmitted onto the mousepad it did not look as clear as I would have expected. Either way my father loved it and was extremely pleased.

This mousepad turned out better then expected! The picture and the writing was an A+! I am always happy with my purchase from this site, it has everything.

I bought this for my husband, and he loves it. My only complaint was it smelled awful when you first open it. Like burnt rubber, or worse. Othen than that the picture quality is great and he enjoys it being at work with him.

Put my kids on it....it is a wonderful picture/mousepad to have next to my computer.

I had some reservations of this item, I have seen other before that did not do the photos any justice - especially for a framed display. your product was totally everything I hoped. When I received this mouse pad the picture I used was so clear & it came out exactly how it looked when they allowed me to preview it !

My brother-in-law has about everything he wants or needs and if he doesn't, he buys it. So by the time his birthday rolls around, I'm about tapped out.

So every year, I try to be creative but it's been hit or miss. This year I found personalized mouse pads. I found an old photo of him driving his first Porsche and with a great saying created something he'd use.

It came within days of ordering and even though the photo was a bit grainy (old photo), he's recognizable. The mat is thicker than expected. It doesn't have a coating on the top as other reviewers noted, but for me, that is not a deal breaker. The mouse pad feels durable and substantial and came out great! I think I have a winner with this one.

I would recommend these mouse pads (I ordered a couple more for other family and friends) and know they'll be well-received and used every day.

This is about the 5th item I have purchased from this site and I will continue to do so. The quality is amazing, the price is good, and the shipping is never awful. I ordered two of these for Mother's Day gifts and they were fantastic! They came out wonderful but word to the wise, listen to the photo prompts and follow the downloading instructions! If you don't have a great quality picture (i.e. an IPhone photo like I used) there's a chance it might not be the greatest picture. Overall I was very pleased and would definitely order more of these again ... with a better resolution picture!

I have placed numerous orders with personalizationalmall, and have been very happy with the products. However this mouse pad has really disappointed me. The fact that your website address is at the front bottom right hand corner is at best tacky. Your website address has always been at the back - to put it in the front takes away from the picture. I will not be using this mouse pad. If this is a new marketing tool, please let me know so I will stop ordering.

I am very happy with my mousepad purchase. Excellent quality with a very clear picture. My husband is very pleased and impressed with his gift.

The quality of this product is great, very thick and highly usable. I did two different pics on two different pads. The first one, the pic loaded and I had no problem with. The second one not so lucky. I could never get the pic to cover the entire mouse pad even after a call to customer service. You really have to make sure you have a high grade picture or it is a bear to get it loaded.
