Precious Moments wedding picture frame. By Shopper (Coatesville, IN) - September 30, 2012 I was a little disappointed in the quality of the item. :-( When I received it, the glass in the frame was out of the frame and it fell when I opened the box. It was a gift and IF I had not had it personalized, I probably would have returned it. I have purchased mega items rom you in the past and this is the first time I have been disappointed in the product received. ;-)
