This mug is just adorable! It's a great gift for anybody! The only thing that was a pain in the butt was the editing program for the pictures at first it took me a while to figure out how to get all four of the pictures to stay on the peveiw model, but after messing with it for a little while I figured it out! Was defanantly worth it, they came out beautiful!!

I ordered this mug for my daughter-in-law with pics of her boy (my grand-baby boy) and her...she absolutely LOVED it. In fact, all the rest of my family seemed a bit jealous I didn't get them one, so I guess that is next on my list of things to do...beautiful work - quick shipping. No hassles. Mug came out exactly as promised! Pictures and color on mug are clear,crisp and vibrant! Excellent product at a reasonable price.

I love the colors of the mug and number of pictures. One photo that was clear on the computer came out a blurry low quality version on the mug. Not sure if it was an error on my part or if they should have someone reviewing and perfecting them and color tones to match on all. Either way great grandma loved it! I will most likely order again.

The only bad thing I can say about thjs is I wish I had ordered more! I was shocked at how quickly this product was made and shipped! I don't remember choosing express and yet it showed up Christmas Eve, which is when I kicked myself for not ordering my own. The photos are crisp and clear, even though only cell phone photos! Pics were professional and very high quality and detail. Unfortunately they turned out dark and fuzzy. The blues are grey. First time we've had a disappointing outcome and from the best quality pics! Sent as gifts to the grandparents :(

I started ordering these as Christmas gifts for a coworker and close friend for her first grandchild's Christmas. Each year I select pictures that feature the child with the grandparents. As the number of grandchildren increased, so did the number of mugs. The idea was that after the grandparents were no longer living the child would have precious memories. Not only does my friend love them, so do the grandchildren! I'm always astounded with how quickly Personalization Mall processes the order and how beautiful they are.

I was super disappointed in my items. The pictures came out fuzzy. Customer service remade them, but it was the same problem. Now I cannot get an email back. I had to order from another website to fulfill my order before Christmas.

This mug was exactly was I has hoping for and more. Considering the quality of the photos I used, they did an amazing job. And to top it off, the mug is great quality. I was expecting a light weight product but it's an actual mug that I'm not afraid will shatter if one of my dogs knocks it off the table.
