I bought this as a present for my mom. The first box she received did not have the gold finish in the letters - they were engraved but blended in with the wood. I sent photos to the customer service department and they replaced the item free of charge with the correct finish. I was very happy with their response to the issue!

I ordered this for my best friend/adopted sister, whose birthday is on Valentine's day. She collects heart shaped items and personalizing this was awesome. I listed all the wonderful attributes I love about her. She loved it! And so did I, now I want one for myself!

When product was recvd there was a ding in the wood - other than that product was satisfactory

Beautiful quality and so personal as I could add 8 words to describe the recipient. Will be treasured for years to come. The jewelry box was ordered on a Monday and came three days later on Thursday so was super pleased that it came so fast. Will definitely order again and they will have me as a long time repeat customer for other gift occasions.

It looks great, plain and simple. Almost exactly what you see in the picture. The only difference/criticism that I have is that the engraving is a bit darker than what you may be led to believe based on the picture. Other than that, I think it's perfect. I can't wait to give it to my girlfriend for Valentine's Day!
