50th Anniversary Napkins

I ordered these napkins for a 50th wedding anniversary celebration for my sister and brother in law. When ordered I was given the ship date of December 27th. The party was planned for January 3rd even though actual date of anniversary was January 8. Long story short, the napkins arrived late in the day on the 8th of January, 5 days after the reception and party. Disappointed does not describe how we all felt. If I had known earlier, I could have had made at a retailer in our area and had on time. Shame on Personalization Mall for not alerting me that the "outside source that prints the napkins was on holiday" and they would not ship as your website told me. This is not good
service and in your business, timeliness is of great importance. The napkins were beautiful when they arrived, just not doing anyone any good at this point.
My sister has terminal cancer so the celebration was planned around her treatments, etc. Not always can someone plan a celebration two months in advance.
This should be taken into consideration, regardless if it is holiday time. I would recommend your website be updated in the future to alert your customers (a years long, good customer I might add) that service dates will be extended due to closures. The engraved anniversary clock and serving set I ordered at the same time as the napkins came in three days and beautiful as I have come to expect. Thank you for that service.
