The first board that was purchase cracked after first use. However, I emailed my concern to Customer Service and the experience was amazing! After supply Personalized Mall with a picture of the defective product they replaced it at No additional cost and the turn around time was less than a week!! A wonderful experience over all. The products have always been good quality and service exceptional.
