Got this as part of my third anniversary presents for my wife. The item was done and in my hands in around three days and looks very nice. Pretty heavy for a piece of plastic so it sits well.

The product itself is pretty nice. However the portion that I was able to personalize looks awful. The wording is close to unreadable. One of the words was supposed to say loving and actually looks like it says looing? Terribly disappointed with it but the thought of what it could’ve been was nice.

This item is just absolutely beautiful. It was for a special occasion and us now on our Mantle. It is smaller than I thought it would be, but it is so perfect that doesn't matter.

My husband loved this! He was so excited to have something personalized for him. In the end i wrote something in spanish for him which meant so much more to him. He needed to have something on his desk at work and now he's so glad he has something. I would deffinatley recommend this product for anyone looking for a personalized gift.

The plaque was beautiful but the gift box was damaged. The corners were smashed and looked a mess! I had to purchase a gift box outside of the intended purchased gift box. Extremely disappointed in the presentation! Never again!

I have a print out of what I was ordering and I was told my confirmation has no date. Ok so they offer me 30% off if I purchase a new item. NO NO NO. I think that they could have worked a bit better with me, My family including myself have purchased from this company before but so far,everyone I have told is rethinking their future orders.

I bought this item because I liked the idea , the design and the message. However, it is made of light plastic and I thought it would have more value and look better if it were made of glass.
